1. The service
Dragonfly IPTV Player is a media player application for Android. We do not provide IPTV channels, playlists, streams, or subscriptions. You are solely responsible for adding your own IPTV source (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, or Portal URL) and for ensuring you have the right to access that content.
2. Subscription
Use of the app requires a subscription of 2 USDT per year after a 7-day free trial. The subscription covers use of the application only and does not include any IPTV content. Subscriptions are tied to your device.
3. Payments
Payments are made in USDT (ERC20) on the Ethereum network to the wallet address shown in the app. Payments are verified on-chain. Each transaction can be linked to one account only. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address or network.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or to access content you are not authorized to access. You may not attempt to bypass the subscription system or reuse a single payment across multiple devices.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Streaming quality depends on your own IPTV source and network.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or third-party IPTV sources.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
