1. Overview
Dragonfly IPTV Player ("the app") is a media player for Android. This policy explains what data we process and why. The app does not provide IPTV channels, playlists, streams, or subscriptions — you add your own IPTV source.
2. Data we process
- Device identifier: a generated, app-specific identifier (formatted like a MAC address) used to manage your subscription and free trial. It is sent to our server to determine your account status.
- Subscription & payment records: when you submit a payment, we store the transaction hash you provide and verify it on the public Ethereum blockchain. We do not store private keys or wallet secrets.
- App version: sent during update checks.
3. Data stored only on your device
Your IPTV source credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, or Portal/MAC) and your favorites, history, and downloads are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
4. How we use data
To operate the subscription and free trial, verify payments, provide update notifications, and prevent abuse (such as reuse of the same payment across multiple accounts).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Blockchain verification uses a third-party Ethereum RPC provider to read public transaction data.
6. Retention
Account and payment records are retained while your account exists and as required to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
